  1. Add a feature where you can use the app while also using a desk phone. Background: We came from Mitel, where the app worked with the physical phone. So, if you were on your physical desk phone and you also had the desktop app open, the app would show your active call, and you were allowed to click actions on the app such as transfer a call directly to someone's voicemail by clicking 2 things, then you would hang up your physical phone.

  2. For offices that use Ring Central for scheduling customers/confirming appointments, it would be great to be able to write out a text and have it scheduled to send on x day at x time. For example, if I wanted to tell Susan that her vet appointment is scheduled for 2:00pm on Wednesday, then I want it to send a prewritten text on Monday so that she can respond to confirm the appointment.   3. It would be useful to sync the desktop application with the physical desk phone so that when clearing voicemails both are updated. OR when a call is answered on the desk phone it doesn't appear as missed in the desktop application

It would be helpful to send text messages at a specific time so it's more acceptable and professional, especially when it's late and we can only check it at a later time, we can at least draft a response and send it on a more acceptable time of the day.It would be helpful to schedule text messages so we can send them at a later time when it's more acceptable by professional means.

  6. We need the ability to set up "out of office" for messages and text messages. If someone calls me, they know I am out of the office. If they text me, however, there us no way to set up an auto reply so the know I am gone and will respond when I return.

We are looking to not disturb coworkers on an active call and would like to set the default as sending a call to voicemail when on an active call rather than ringing through.If this isn't the default, it would be nice to have a toggle setting to change this behavior for call forwarding to voicemail during an active call

  9. Many of the included ringtones are not attention grabbing or dont really sound like a phone. The ringcentral phone app for desktop (phone icon) has this feature, I think it should also be added to the RingCentral app (R icon) which is supposed to be more feature rich.

  11. The application allows you to adjust the volume, however that setting controls the call volume and Ringer volume. This needs to be separated into two distinct settings; Ring Volume and Call Volume. Due to the issue of call waiting not being able to be turned off, this is very necessary.

  14. While working remotely or in different offices, when receiving new calls, we individually add a new contact name, number and email. Yet this is not shared to the other users on our team. We were informed the procedure is to export and then import regularly, and then repeat to/from each team member? This is very time consuming and inefficient.

  17. While away on lunch, out of office or not available auto reply would be very helpful when receiving a text. Automatic custom made Signature for every text sent would also save time and so the members know who sent the message.

  18. I received a voicemail in error, it should've gone to another extension. After chatting with a RC tech I learned there currently is no way to forward that voicemail to the correct extension. I need to be able to forward voicemails to the correct extension, preferably with the option to add a little message of my own before the voicemail like "hey, this is actually for you" and then the message plays.

  19. Hello. I am trying to determine how to create an auto reply to incoming text messages such as “not authorized” and to email my official email address instead of texting informally. I do not want to completely disable incoming text messages because some carriers do not let their users know that the text message they were attempting to send did not go through. I just want the ability to auto reply with instructions on which email address to formally send correspondence because I do not authorize correspondence via text messages.
