When will this be implemented? Paying an additional subscription fee for such a simple feature doesn't make sense.

So this was posted in planned almost 2 years ago and yet a lot of messaging basic simple text messaging allows you to schedule send your text. Would love to have this ASAP.

This is critical for my business. I need this asap or I'll be going back to Ooma Office.
I need to be able to send a delayed / scheduled message directly in the android app where I send messages currently.
The way Ooma office does it, is they have a time/clock icon right next to the Send button, and tapping that allows you to set a date/time to send your message. This is what I need.

Even basic messenger texts on my cell phone let you schedule texts which has been incredibly helpful. I was honestly kind of shocked I couldn't do that with my well paid ring central account. Big down side.

The ability to schedule an SMS is very important for our business given that we work across time zones and need SMS messages to be sent only during business hours.

I'm working on building something that will work. I couldn't find anything that worked well and was affordable. It's about 90% done but I do need some feedback though. What would be the top things you would want in terms of functionality?

This is needed for messages, not just texts please!! I manage multiple teams chats that would greatly benefit from making scheduled messages a day in advance

Looks like this is now "planned"! Very exciting! Is there a planned release date for this functionality?

Time right now is too late and inappropriate to send a patient message regarding a clinical trial appointment for tomorrow. Therefore, I need it to go out first thing in the morning, at least an hour before I usually sign in. Will have to wake up early just to do this and been in this situation many times. It seems like an obvious feature that is necessary, and is readily available on IOS, teams, outlook, and almost all other platforms which involve messaging, so very surprised you don't offer this feature.

This is needed for SMS messages (Glip) not just text

It would cost our small company an additional $250 a month to sign-up with BeeTexting. Its far too much money when we spend quite a bit yearly on RingCentral. If RingCentral isn't going to have this essential component to their text messaging option, we would like to know because it may be more cost effective for us to look to moving forward with another company.

Scheduling messages is a critical feature when you're working with colleagues in multiple time zones and is very much anticipated.

Especially useful then you a bit different schedules with you colleagues, so they can see your message in the morning and won't be bothered by notification late night.

This feature is needed and has been asked for many years. Is it in the works?

Any updates on a scheduled send feature being added to RingCentral? The third party apps require a subscription and additional added cost for businesses to incur. Most everyday phones have this feature available and it seems that since customers have been asking for this feature since 2019, that RingCentral would figure out a way to make this feature available. I, like so many others on here, do business tasks in our off time but wish for the response to be "scheduled" during our regular business hours.
