Change ring volume: Ability to change ringer volume separate from the app volume (so calls don't get louder or quieter with changes)
The application allows you to adjust the volume, however that setting controls the call volume and Ringer volume. This needs to be separated into two distinct settings; Ring Volume and Call Volume. Due to the issue of call waiting not being able to be turned off, this is very necessary.

Yes! But also these settings need to be accessible in the integrations. You can't even change the sound of the Ringer in the SF integration at all.

Nearly blew my eardrums out today. iPhone is all the way down in the settings for ringtone volume and got a call from RingCentral that lunched me to Mars.

Yes! Please Yes! The annoying ringtones (please get some that are less chimey) and volumes are brutal! All voice volumes are typically OK without adjusting the headset volume. PLEASE put a control in to regular ring volume. PLEASE!
