Permanently minimize the Notes and Transcript box
Every time the customer receive calls, the Notes and Transcript box pops up. Need the option to permanently collapse the box if can't be removed/turned off.
Feedback from kmishler@bpfilmsllc.com: "It does an abysmal job, and I want it gone. Please help me fix this because the addition of this is not ready for prime time."

Company-Wide Disabling New feature tutorials for all users. Currently, this can be disabled but it can only be disabled per app/user. We need to have this option for company-wide disabling.

Please have your account admin reach out to your CSM to escalate to our apps team to have this option turned off on your account. If your account does not have a CSM, please have your account admin escalate to support and support can escalate internally.

Leave a fax icon on the side of the Desktop app in the new view.
I noticed that if I switch to the new view in the app, the fax icon disappears from the options on the left side of the page. I can still send a fax from the + options, but I can't figure out how to view sent or received faxes. This is fine for now, as I can turn off the new view, but I'm not sure how it will work once the new view becomes the only view, as I assume will eventually happen.

Turn off the second setting from the top called "Unified Inbox" -
Ability to See Incoming Other Call Queue Ext Calls While on an Active Call
Includes Overflow Call Queue: If a user is a member of both the main queue and the overflow call queue he/she should have the ability to see that there's an incoming call for the overflow call queue while he is in an active call.
Ability to take another incoming call from another call queue while in an active call from the first call queue.
This increases awareness of the user to cater longer waiting people on queue which will benefit the helpdesk that needs to filter calls by urgency.

The new layout makes it difficult to access Text Messages
I do not like the new layout because I cannot separately access text messages or see notification badges separately for text messages.

How can I set up DO NOT DISTURB while I'm sleeping
My clients are hard at work all hours of the night and day, and while our company does offer 24/7/365 customer service, I am not part of that team. I would like a way to block calls from the phone app during certain times so that I am not awoke at 5AM by my clients. I don't want to use the main DO NOT DISTURB setting on my phone because I don't want to block my family from calling in an emergency.

Either way of hard phone or app, provide users the ability to pause and rewind a voicemail.

Enable text another extension in new app.
Current RC Phone allows us to text and call other extensions in the company. This option was removed with the new desktop app. Please add to requested option for future development/release/upgrade to the new app

Call queue missed call notifications in the mobile app
The user is not getting a missed call notification. Because the call is routed to a call queue group. And if they missed a call or cannot answer the call the notification they will receive is by through email. Not to the application.

Bring Back the Separate Button to Block and Spam/Report Number on RC App
There are numbers that you just like to block and not report as spam.This is an existing feature prior to the new layout of the new version of the app. Separating block from spam/report as there are numbers that you just wish not to be bothered of for a few duration.

Temporary turn off calls for employees who are not at work
In order to log out, it requires verification through email to log back in, which can be a hassle some days depending on how busy the mornings are. If there was a button to turn off calls for your specific phone, without affecting the stores it would be very helpful

unread message alert
sometimes I don't hear the message alert sound, for newly arrived messages, just because I am not at my desk all the time, I have to open the rincentral app, and look at the message section to realize there are unread messages sent by users, it has happened me several times that I realize this after several days messages have been sent. I would be really help full to set reminders, either pop-up message or task bar, that there are "unred" messages still pending to be addessed.

Receiving of SMS texts in a group chats
Please add feature of SMS group chatting. Currently its possible only to send SMS to a group of people, but when someone from this chat is respond - we receive it as a direct message.
