Company-Wide Disabling New feature tutorials for all users. Currently, this can be disabled but it can only be disabled per app/user. We need to have this option for company-wide disabling.

Hi everyone-- for this particular feature (the new feature tutorials pop up that can be disabled on a per user basis within the app) it is possible to have it disabled account wide by our product managers.
Please have your account admin reach out to your CSM to escalate to our apps team to have this option turned off on your account. If your account does not have a CSM, please have your account admin escalate to support and support can escalate internally.

It would be even better if it was not on by default. They could have a link where the toggle is now, or a website titled "Feature Tutorials." I was not able to find such a site with a basic google search. That would be more useful than the popups that wrap off the window.
