  1. The request is for Service Web to provide a specific report for billing. It should include information about licenses, pricing, sites, cost centers and billing codes. Currently, this has to be produced manually using excel, references ins excel and manually copying and pasting. Ideal scenario would be an output directly using a single button providing all the information listed above.

Submitting this idea request on behalf of customer, Crown Packaging: The new RingCentral desktop app UI is lacking detail in the "Phone" app. For example, the previous interface showed team member's extensions, but the new interface does not show that detail. The new Phone interface has a lot of blank white space. Rather than have all of that dead space, can the call detail area on the left be enlarged further to the right to be able to pull in the extension?

Add an option to either announce the caller's (phone number / Contact Name / Both / Neither ) when listening to voicemails.This would be useful if the user does not see the caller's information on screen (app, web, desk phone, etc) This would benefit users who listen to voicemailsThis feature could be added in voicemail setup per user/extension/call queue in the same place where Greeting settings are locatedOr it could be grouped with other settings related to "Listening/accessing voicemails"

Customer called in and asked on how to log out his RC desktop app. The customer advised that he followed the instruction in support.ringcentral.com (https://support.ringcentral.com/article-v2/Log-Out-RingCentral-Phone-Desktop.html?brand=RC_US&product=RingCentral_Phone&language=en_US ), however, was not able to find the log-out button in Settings. Instead, we were able to find it in Display Picture (top -left of the app) then Sign-Out. Please update the article. Thank you!

  20. Please allow call recording access to a specific site only under roles and permissions. In this case, user and/or manager can only view/access site they were assigned to. This will limit data a user/manager can view/access.
