Share MAC System Audio
Need to be able to share MAC system audio on the RingCentral Video meetings. Currently, Mac users can only share computer audio when they are sharing a Chrome or Microsoft Edge browser tab.

Admin Portal alert if a phone is offline
In the RingCentral Admin Portal provide a way to set an alert when a physical phone is offline to send an email to an administrator.

Contacts to show including voicemail message only extensions instead of showing it under "Other"
Current Behavior:Login to https://app.ringcentral.com/
Once logged in, click on Contacts.

Mitel original interface and option of forwarding

Ability to monitor devices SN on the Admin Portal that are logged into RingCentral App/Softphone
This is a description of the Issue you are communicating about. Typically when you are logged into a workstation, the computer will appear under Serial No. That is not happening here. We have uninstalled and reinstalled the application. Please advise as to how we can resolve this issue.

Alert for Call Queue Voicemails in RingCentral App
An alert for Call Queue Voicemails in RingCentral App would be beneficial for users and help productivity. Perhaps something similar to the HUD that shows the queues that the employee is part of and access to listen to the message though RC App. Having the ability to track who listened to the message would be an added benefit.

Add the ability to adjust when the timer starts for reporting a call in queue
Some customers such as medical facilities need to report SLA and heavily rely upon performance reports. They often need to use queue prompts and automatic call recording prompts on their call queues to inform clients calling to dial 911 if it is an emergency and that the call is being recorded. When a caller hangs up during the prompts playing this is reflected as an abandoned call and it is hard for the admins to know if that call actually rang any members' phones and should be counted towards their SLA. Recipient name for faxing is showing different for Fax only account.
Client has multiple contact name in one fax number that she is sending to , when she send fax to one of the contact list, the recipient is showing different name in the fax to recipient section. it always select the first person alphabetically. multiple contact name with only 1 fax number.

Abilty to choose which tabs to pin in message side bar.
We currently use the events calendar to notify coworkers of day-of checks for our files. These are linked to specific groups for different purposes. The sidebar for the group chat helps as a quick view for where the pertinent info needs to show as information is updated/added/etc in relation to that event in that group. It helps that we can shift between each tab in that side bar, but the reset between message groups/open and close of the program is unhelpful and feels tedious to adjust. Single-Level & Multi-Level IVR buttons
Single-Level & Multi-Level IVR buttons availability from the Call Handling page of General Setting from Auto-Receptionist. As the option shows before, regardless of the option chosen as Call handling of the Auto-Receptionist, the same featured buttons wanted to show up still from top-right corner of the Call Handling page.

Enhanced License / Billing Report
The request is for Service Web to provide a specific report for billing. It should include information about licenses, pricing, sites, cost centers and billing codes. Currently, this has to be produced manually using excel, references ins excel and manually copying and pasting. Ideal scenario would be an output directly using a single button providing all the information listed above.

Add paging device to directory
The way the paging devices work is impractical if you need to page quickly. I'm not sure if this has to be dialed as shown (*84#9980#) , but when I try to create a contact, it will not accept the special characters. Is there a way that paging can be setup to appear in the directory?
