  3. We have in person staff meetings roughly every 2 weeks. I have entered these staff meeting into my Google calendar. I would love to be able to make it so whenever I am in these staff meetings, all messages and calls would be forwarded to my adminstative assistant's extension. Is this possible?

  4. The customer wants the callers to enter direct extension numbers even if the IVR Menu is set up. Wants to set up a greeting for the callers to hear that they can enter the extension number or additional key press options.

Currently the phone HUD can be popped out to a separate window, but with all of the recent updates to the phone features of the ring app, it would be nice to have the phone section open separately from the messages section. Currently, when attempting to launch two (or more) instances of the Ring Central desktop app, nothing happens.

  8. Kelly Services is asking if there is a way to block Robo calls from the company numbers that are assigned to IVR’s and Queues. Customer knows they can set this for the users DID in the user settings. Asked the Product Manager (Dieter Rencken) and this is currently not supported to added this as a feature request.

  9. I get so many fax messages, and I can't always check them right away. Usually I'll save the fax message as a PDF if the relevant file folder (for client files -- I'm a lawyer). But I don't always have time. It would be great if there were a checkbox beside each fax message, so we could check it off once we've dealt with the fax message (saved the file to the relevant folder). (I don't want to delete them). And otherwise, as I'm going through the list, it's hard to keep track of which fax messages I've reviewed

  11. On the Poly VVX-450 the only way to create button speed calls is to create it locally within the phone. I'd like to this this work within the RingCentral User/Admin WebGUI just like it is for Presence for other users. Along with other buttons, such as turning on forward for service calls to an after hours call center.

  13. I think it would be easier to be able to download more items do bulk edits and the re-upload it. I know you can do it with users but there are some features that isn't on the form to bulk edit. Fore example. Would be nice if you can add the notifications changes, the Caller Id information, etc. After we had the port over I had to go in and change everyone's caller ID to their actual numbers and not our corporate number in a different state. Also, it would be nice to bulk edit auto-receptionist numbers so they can…

  14. We have just discovered the RingCentral add-on for Chrome and see that weare able to call and text directly through there. We are wondering ifmessaging functionality (like the existing messaging platform through theRingCentral app) will be added in the future - we would love to be able totrim down the number of apps we use. Please let me know if there is a planto implement this.

  15. We are needing to have an area on the App for members to review a VM and then assign it to a specific member. a simple drop down of members in that que is all that would be needed. This is so a specific member can cull through VM's to see which need to be assigned to specific members for reaching back out to customers. i have attached a example from our last provider. we also attached the RC app to show where it would be best for this info to be located.

  16. Anyone that uses paging devices could benefit from this and need improvement. It is impractical to have to dial a lengthy paging number and not even have it stored in the directory. By not offering this ability in RingCentral, the users have to maintain a separate directory just for paging numbers. This is highly inefficient.

The current User Groups experience lacks massively, but otherwise allows for functions that our organization specifically needs, particularly in continued management, and scalability.Use Case: 40 employees in one department, with one department manager, and three team leads. The team leads AND department manager require call recording access to each member underneath them.   19. I use RC as my primary phone service. In many cases organizations send SMS messages from "short code" numbers. I can receive them on RC. But I can not respond. This is an important feature!

  20. Currently when the customer adds a new user to a cost center, if there are no licenses allocated to that cost center the customer ends up purchasing a new license. With cost centers enabled the customer must take the extra step of moving licenses around to ensure they are not unintentially purchasing additional licenses. The idea is to allow an admin adding new users to a child cost center the ability to use an available license from the parent cost center.
