Make the Simulate Crash line removable in Poly X30 for Rooms
It would be great if the Simulate Crash line that appears on the Poly X30 when we login to RingCentral Video Room be editable or removable.Such Simulate Crash is confusing to users which gives a notion that there is always an error every time they login

configure a desktop phone to a generic user
We should be able to configure an existing phone to a generic user without any voicemail or else.. just when we call this phone number, just ringing if anybody pick up the call, the client (inside or outside) hanging up.

As a phone service you should have someone available to talk on the phone to service a company trying to pay you for SMS
I am trying to talk to someone at ring central and cannot get anyone and cannot find a way to pay for SMS services etc.

Option to have Volume Control for the hold and audio while connecting in Service Web
Feature: To have the ability/option to control volume for Hold Music and Audio While Connecting in Service WebLogin to Service WebClick UsersSelect Screening, Greeting, and Hold MusicCurrently you can only select what music will play for Hold and Audio While connecting or upload a custom one. Customer would like to have an additional button to control the Volume for the 2 settings.

Live Dictation of Phone Calls and Meetings (Speech-to-text)
Speech-to-text dictation of voicemails already exists, but for the benefit of hard of hearing users we would love to see a feature where phone calls could also have dictation in real time. Could be used for meetings as well.

Only one sign in required for all RingCentral web sites
Please allow all RingCentral sites to share my currently logged in status.Why do I have to log in several times using the same credentials when browsing tohttps://service.ringcentral.comhttps://support.ringcentral.comhttps://ideas.ringcentral.comhttps://community.ringcentral.comOnce I am logged in, I do not want to log in AGAIN into any other RingCentral website.

System detection for information submitted on a port-in requests
It would be easier if the system can detect the information that the customer is submitting to match the documents that are needed before allowing the customer to proceed with the submission

Add start Audio Conference to the RingCentral Unified App from RingCentral Phone App
The RingCentral Phone app has a button where you can start an Audio Conference. It would be very useful if this button/feature were added to the RingCentral Unified app.It would also be useful to be able to manage the Audio Conference directly from the RingCentral Unified App. The admin can control the audio conference by being able to mute the callers or disconnect the caller from within the app.Would also be great if you can transfer a call into a audio conference as well and then add additional calls into the audio conference.

Favorite Contacts in new app.
This currently exists in the RC Phone app, but does not exist in the new RC App for Windows. I use this feature constantly. I would like to be able to use only one app, but I need to continue use of RC Phone in order to access my favorite contacts. Also, why don't all of my contacts that are in RC Phone sync with RC App?

Show status icon for users in left column (like in RC classic)
Ring Central "Classic" would show the icon from a status next to the user name in the left hand column of the app. Hovering over the icon would show the status text (including custom status text). This is not implemented in the new Ring Central App.As we are all working remotely we find this was a good feature. I can tell if someone is simply "out of office", or even "Running" or "Having Lunch".This is NOT the same as DND, it conveys much more information and DND affects other behaviours too.Please re-implement this missing feature in the new Ring Central…

Turn off call-cancelling keystrokes
A user was typing a message and a phone call/meeting appeared. One of the keystrokes, not sure which one, instantly declined the call and ended it. The user did not have enough time to verify the incoming call. It would be great to not miss calling due to typing a message during an incoming call.

Queue Management Reports - Improved Analytics
RingCentral office should make it clear on the Admin portal what it can and cannot do for subscriptions and recurring reports for Queue Management. It seems like a very simple function that should have been included as part of the reporting analytics, user breakdown within individual queues, not each dept has to see the analytics for teams outside of their own. And scheduling recurring reports for each queue to view their performance seems like a basic report Admins should be able to provide and generate easily without manipulating excel reports to share that info.

Change fax subject line for fax to email
Admin portal ability to change the subject line for fax to email.And the ability to change it per location, or organizational-wide.If possible to allow the change to be made in the user's RingCentral app, that would be ideal.

Additional RC App Team Settings
1) For an added ADmin to be able to remove members from the team2) to import a list of team members to be added It's hard to add/remove members if only team creator is able to do so, as they might not always be available. It's difficult to create a team with members in the 100s, if each email address needs to be entered manually. we have 600 users we need to add as members. there should be an eas-ier way to do this.

Add ability to create Asana task from RC conversation
The outlook app for Asana is OK, it has the elements we need but in execution it lacks some features.

Allow users to see all events for the last day of the month.
The "All Events" view will not allow you to see all the events scheduled for the last day of any month. The scroll bar on the side will scroll down past where the window ends, and will not display anything after that. This is a problem with both the desktop app and the web app.

Scheduled meetings should display natively in the new RingCentral Desktop App
For those users and organisations that do not have Office 365 or Google Services but instead have Onsite Exchange and Local Outlook 2016, it is not possible to see a list of scheduled meetings and actually start them.The RC-Meetings App correctly displays Scheduled meetings as a list and from there you can start them. RC Desktop and Mobile Apps do not. Its is handicapping the users that have Onsite Exchange and Local Outlook 2016.The Outlook 2016 integration into Outlook 2016 doesn't do it either.What we could do with is by default all scheduled meetings appearing natively in the Meetings section…
