Update Web service portal's language when removing did phone lines
Recently, while removing 37 DID phone lines from our premium web portal, there was 2 options, 1. Hold line and move to unassigned area. 2. Release and remove line. The 2nd option leads us to believe we are no longer liable. You should add language in there specifying we still need to contact our RC Rep and let them know what DID numbers to actually remove from our account so we are not paying for them anymore etc.

Add additional phone number to saved contacts
Periodically, we have a need to transfer to an internal employee's cell phone, or secondary phone number. It would be great to add those additional lines to the saved contacts. Please add this feature!

RingMe button to ring Call Queue
The customizable and embeddable RingMe button only allows you to specify an IVR or a User's extension. It would be beneficial to allow the call to ring into a call queue. Make RCV Recording capabilities to the a role based permission
LPL needs to be able to define RCV recording capabilities on a per role base. For the majority of their users, they need to have it shut off because they are in the FinServ sector.

"Add to Left Sidebar" Shortcuts & "Set Landing Page to..."
It's very aggravating not having a quick shortcut on the left sidebar area to access "Messages", and/or being unable to set my startup landing page to our Team Chat group. This would definitely benefit the app and it's users; not having to navigate every time they want to toggle between pages or open the app each day.

Have printable fax confirmation pages in app
When a fax is transmitted, the system sends an email that shows the fax number, date, time and number of pages sent as a confirmation. It would be helpful if that information was in the app in a printable format. That way the fax sender could print the confirmation page from the app and send it to the recipient as proof the fax was sent and received without having to save all the emails.

Change from top-posting to bottom-posting in conversation streams
The latest version of RC does no longer allows conversation streams to be viewed in ascending or descending order. This feature needs to be added back in with the next app update.

Allow calling with 4 digits plus the area code
My French client would like to dial 4 digits with the area code : For example, he wants to call 3436, he will dial +33 3436.Or adding this number to an extension within the account, and allow the call with this extension.

Please consolidate your network communications
Teams requires only 3 network rules to completely control all aspects of Teams Voice and Audio traffic. RingCentral requires 18 service entries and 44 separate CIDR block entries. This is very Frankenstein, please consider consolidating your services. It is very error prone due to the vas number of rules needed as well as enormously time consuming to implement.

Option to block calls from Google Adworks
Subscribers that have relationship with Google or a third-party using Google for advertising purposes been having call forwarding issue. Subscribers need to reach back to their advertising vendor or Google directly to disable call forwarding rule.

Outbound call from deskphone when double-click number in call history on desktop app
Currently, if you double-click a phone number in the call history on the desktop app it initiates the call via the computer. Looking for method where it will initiate the call on the desktop phone instead. Need to use desktop phone for the call and have ability to mute computer so that other applications are not interrupting the call (also preference to use the phone for speaker phone mic). Only option I've found so far is to instead manually type phone numbers, which is inefficient compared to other tools used in past.

Retain prior "Status" text in history after user Changes their Status
If you set your status for your extension, it displays it beside your name in the messages section. If you change your status, all prior messages also show the new status you enter. This doesn't necessarily work well. What your status is -now- should not be reflected in your previous messages before you changed that status. It should stay what it was at the time you send that message. If I had a status of "Working on fix for E-mail" at 5pm on May 10th, and I send a message to a Team with that status, it should keep that…
