  1. Recently a posted note in RingCentral disappeared. I'm not sure what happened to the note but it got me to thinking that there should be a trash for recently deleted notes to avoid losing important note/projects.

  3. With the current design flow for Glip presence, the DND status on RingCentral application will not change even after an admin toggle the user's DND status off in admin portal. This confuses our customers and administrators as they already have the impression that that user should show Available status, instead of getting stuck to DND. It would be a big help if the RingCentral App changes from DND mode to Available after an admin turns off DND from admin portal.

  4. Adding multiple external number to answer call when call queue is busy or when reached the maximum waiting time. It will be very beneficial to the business productivity, making sure customers on queue are being assisted in a timely manner.

  9. Use Case: Financial Advisors have complex call flow requirements on lines with BCA. They need the option to roll missed calls over to another extension if they or their delegates are not available to pick up the phone to ensure the caller never has to leave a voicemail.Feature request: Add "Missed Call" handling to Delegate that allows them to forward missed calls to a different extension.

  11. I would love to be able to turn off the missed call notifications badge. Only certain people in my shop answer the phone but we all use it for messaging and transferring calls internally. However I constantly show to have notifications in my browser tabs about missed calls. Makes it hard to know when a message actually comes through.

  14. We have many sites that have their own set of purchased and reserved numbers. If we move the numbers to inventory, I don't see a way to assign a "company" number to a site once in inventory. If I assign a spare number to the site it belongs to it shows up as the selected site but loses the site and goes to "Company" when brought back into inventory.   18. Prior to a firmware update, our Polycom phones had a dialing delay of 5 second prior to dialing the number. After the firmware upgrade this was broken and set to 1 second. This is annoying as it doesn't allow enough time for end users to punch in a number. Thus it dials partial numbers and assumes they are extensions. Please set this back to 5 seconds, and allow the user to push "send" on the phone to initiate the call.

  20. Have the option to label recorded calls for example: be able to mark a call as warm lead and then be able to find the recording easier by searching for warm lead. Alternatively have the option to create folders to put recordings in so that way you could open a warm leads folder and have all the recordings in one place. The current problem is that all recordings are in the same place which makes if difficult to keep track of the recordings because it is cluttered with 5 second recording of voicemails.
