Call Waiting Tone From Fast Busy to Regular Busy tone
When we disable the call waiting on RC the call waiting tone is fast busy instead of the regular busy tone and we would like it to be the regular busy tone.

Allow different payment methods per cost center
For each cost center, allow a different credit card or invoice payment. Currently there is only 1 payment method and a backup method allowed. Customers with multiple businesses or separated billing cannot be accomplished automatically.

Capture RC App and RC Phone App login information in Audit Log
I would like the ability to see when users attempt to login and register their phone. The login information to the web portal is captured but not the apps. This would be helpful in troubleshooting call handling issues and user behavior (like using wrong username or password).

2FA via Authenticator app (Google or 1Password etc)

Unified Inbox Custom Filter
Would be nice to set custom default view filters for the unified inbox (aka only view voicemail and texts to keep faxes separate, only view certain shared voicemails, only view voicemail, etc.. I know you can view voicemail under its own tab but you cannot view multiple shared voicemail extentsion at the same time.

Ability to subscribe to call logs filtered by queue and date range
I wish to be able to create a subscription to deliver weekly reports based on a specific queue and date range, which includes ALL calls (answered and missed), including the expanded trail of each call. Unfortunately, Performance Reports in Analytics only produces answered calls and does not include missed calls.

Edit individual events within a repeating schedule.
If an event is set to "repeat", ex. weekly or monthly, it would be helpful to have the option to edit the description section (and possibly other details, like the "location") of single events within the series...for example, a weekly meeting that features a different topic each week.

Add option to see how many people are waiting in queue groups.
It would be nice to be able to monitor how many people are waiting in a certain call queue group and what the average wait time for that group is. This would be helpful for assigning users to different queues they dont normally handle when wait times are high.

Incoming caller ID name should not show on other extension
Caller would like not to show the caller ID name on the extension when receiving calls.Example:Caller ID name should only show on the main super admin extension when receiving calls and on the other extension should only show number.

Allow Disable Email Notification for Call Queue Voicemail to Co-Recipient
With the rollout of the feature in ENTCOM-I-84 (see https://support.ringcentral.com/article-v2/Managing-share...), Feature is indeed implemented, though to get it to work I had to have a support agent turn it on for our company account.One point of note, it would seem that once you add co-recipients to a Call Queue, when a new voice message comes in those co-recipients are being notified by email of the new VM. The new feature adopts that individual user's notification settings and sends them an email notification - even if the Call Queue group they're assigned to has notifications turned off. Change DND color from green to red
When a person is on DND in DSSKey it still shows them as Green. If we could change this to red when the person is on DND it would keep us from transferring calls to someone out of office. Also, it allows supervisors of employees to see when they are away without having to go into the app.
