Allow for a Samsung Routine that changes status message
I want to set up a Samsung Routine (automation) where if I leave the office my Status Message changes to "Away from Office" or my Profile gets set to Do Not Disturb. Doesn't seem like those are options but I'd like them to be!

Call Log synchronization between Desktop App and Deskphone Unify CP600
The customer has set up a Unify CP600 with MAC 001AE8760C38 as deskphone. The provisioning of the phone was successful. Basic functions are ok.However, the settings for call log synchronization in the Admin --> Local Functions --> RingCentral API --> Sync.call.log menu are empty.Therefore no synchronization takes place. When they make a call with the Desktop App, the call is not displayed in the call log of the CP600.

Group/ categorize incoming faxes based on the contacts they were received from
I wanted to group/ categorize incoming faxes based on the contacts they were received from. I tried grouping existing contacts but the incoming faxes still come in one-by-one manner. As my users have to open check each and every fax to know the contents, that has made it difficult to categorize my numerous incoming faxes.

Make the Line 2 ring when you are on-call on the Line 1 using Deskphone.
Currently we only seeing blinking light on the line 2 indicator if a 2nd call come in while you are on Line 1.

Include contact list in VM Forward option
As an Admin, I need to forward voicemails from exiting employees to current staff for review, but the team’s information does not populate. It does not make sense to have this contact search feature embedded in the system when the company contacts are not available to search unless I add each individual to my contact list. Additionally, the contact list that I add within my profile will not transfer to another user. Since I have to log in as that user to be able to transfer the voicemail, my contact list will not display which defeats the purpose of me…

Hyperlink to confirm a VM has been read
If I uncheck the read message from the advanced settings for voicemail. If I listen to the VM on the email, it will still be unread in the system. I would like for those rare occasions that the email template include a hyperlink that if the message is listen via email, a hyper link to trigger that the certain message was read so it clears the light on the phone. You kinda already have this with the app but a link within the vm email is also nice.

Telus Feature Request: Ability to play far end system's hold music rather than RC client's hold music
There are scenarios of outbound calls in which far-end systems put calls on hold as follows: generate re-Invite, mark the stream with the "a=sendonly" attribute and play the music on hold. The far-end systems wish to only send media on the stream.RC system replies 200 OK and marks the stream with the "a=recvonly". RC system confirms the offer to only receive media from the far-end system.But in some scenarios, RC system does not connect the stream received from the far end to the calling subscriber (RC client making outbound call). Ability to Adjust Message Panel
The message panel (Favorites, Direct Message) are still eating up about 1/3 of the app screen even after adjusting it to the narrowest option available. Looking for the ability or option to adjust it more to make it narrower to give more space to the expanded message column.
