Capability of copying the user's presence list to be applied to other user's in the account without using the 'Apply Key Template'.
This is beneficial for the user's that has the not supported device under the Apply Key Template list. This will also also the admin to simplify the adding of the user's in the presence and don't need to apply it one by one.

Guaranteed Outbound caller id to local Thailand Numbers
A feature that guaranteed to use a RC International Thailand Number as an outbound caller ID to make an out bound calls to Local Thailand Numbers. Currently it keeps changing Random outbound caller ID keeps changing like +69711915668971 / (+6971191600869) It works with US /Singapore/ AU numbers but not within Thailand Local calls.

dial-by-name feature from inside of the voicemail menu
Our users would like the ability to use the dial-by-name feature from inside of the voicemail menu when they select 5 to forward a voicemail to another user.Users listen to a voicemail and realize that they need to forward it to another user, but they have to remember the user's extension, instead of being able to find the extension using dial-by-name.

Separating access to Live Reports vs Business Analytics in Admin Portal
Users assigned to a custom role with restricted access to only "Live Reports - View Only" are currently able to access Business Analytics within the Reports section. This unintended access contradicts the purpose of setting feature access restrictions in the assigned role.

HUD Features
We would like to have the HUD active for some users at all times. The real issue is that the pop up for the HUD has to be opened each day, we would like to have the HUD pop up open automatically for the users if possible.

Call History for Simultaneous Call Queues
I would be a good update for the call history to reflect that a call has been answered by another user instead of showing a missed call in the call history. If the call was answered by another user in the call queue, then the call was not missed.

You have to unhold and there is an awkward pause before transferring a call. We should be able to transfer from hold.

Emergency page of more than 25 phones
We have location with more than 25 phones. If there was an emergency such as a tornado and we wanted to page to warn staff to take shelter, or to lock down the facility in the event of a gunman, it would be necessary to page all phones at that location.

Add volume control for RC video calls
When placing audio calls, there is an easy to access volume control. The only way to adjust volume in a video call is to go into the 'test audio and video' settings to get to it. Please provide a much faster means of controlling the volume inside the video call.
