Just to clarify, currently on the RC app, if you receive a RingCX callback interaction, you are automatically taking that call without a prompt or an Accept option like when you do when you receive a normal RingCX queue call. So even if you are available and you walk away from your desk, that callback happens and the customer just hears the silence instead of getting routed to an actual available agent.
Seems like the RC app callback function is somewhat broken. -

This is crucial due to agents being presented a call and automatically accepting it without being ready. This should present the call and allow the agent to accept or reject, just like any other call inbound.

In my opinion, this is needed. It should behave the same way as https://ringcx.ringcentral.com/ (web version). If we have "auto-answer" off, which we do, it should behave the same way no matter which platform we're using (web or RC app integration).
