Need a "Rooms Admin" Role in Service Web
As more companies adopt RC Rooms, there needs to be a predefined Role that allows for RC Rooms sign in. Currently the only way to sign in to RC Rooms is as a Super-Admin but that is not ideal as most companies find that to be excessive for a user that may just need to able able to sign in to Rooms. This is especially importaunt for GSP accounts, or accounts that do not have Custom Roles options. Instant Meetings should not reuse titles from previous meetings
PMIs are useful for both scheduled and instant meetings. However, when starting an instant meeting, the title of the IM is set to whatever the previously scheduled meeting title was that used the PMI. This is counter-intuitive for the user and creates security issues because today's instant meeting attendees maybe shouldn't be privvy to the topic of yesterday's IM. Ideally, IMs would always be started with a blank or generic title. If the issue is unclear, please refer to case 12917613 for explicit examples.

RingCentral One Touch Room Devices
Other platforms - MS Teams, Webex, Zoom have one touch room devices. It would be nice if RC would incorporate this into their platform

Retrieve and Convert Meeting Recording outside of initial conversion opportunity
There is no way to convert a meeting recording file if you close the conversion progress bar during the initial conversion when you close a meeting. That means the meeting you just recorded is lost, even though the data is sitting on your hard drive. Change it so you can convert the recording with the file that says "double click to convert". Recordings are currently labeled with that instrubtion and somehow, its still unusable and unconvertable. Make it so it actually does what is promised. This is extremely short sighted. push-to-talk feature
when muted on a conference/video call, a quick unmute - perhaps by pressing the space bar - is useful when needing to add a quick comment or response. Much quicker than moving the mouse, find the icon on the screen and unmuting. This would improve productivity and product ease of use.

Let people join/start meetings even if the host is "busy"
It's really annoying when our team is trying to do our daily meeting, but no one can join because the host is "in another meeting". What's the point of that? Just makes life harder for no reason and makes us not want to use RingCentral.

Can't reschedule a RCV meeting using Unified RingCentral app
It's more convenient to reschedule a meeting in the app. It's a hassle to integrate the meeting to another application like Gmail or outlook 365

Please add join in browser functionality for participants of RingCentral Webinars
Our target audience ranges from men in their 20s to 80s; having the ability to join a Webinar by browser removes the hurdle of having to download and install the standalone Meetings app.

Fix RingCentral Video camera sending video for Pixel phones when using the RingCentral app
For RingCentral Video calls using the RingCentral app on a Google Pixel phone, the Camera video sent by Pixel phone is scrambled when seen by other participants. Receiving camera video or screen share video on Pixel phones is fine, but when sending either the front or rear-facing camera video, the other RingCentral Video participants see scrambled video. The video is broken into 5 segments with diagonal line divisions and the video in each division is skewed and distorted. Camera video works fine on all other mobile phones we have tested.

There should be an option for the user to schedule a Rooms meeting for a later date on the iPad controller instead of just the current day.

Presenter vs Gallery View
Need ability to toggle between Presenter and Gallarey view just like in Zoom. Idealy, the presenter should be able to see all attendees using gallery view where the attendees just need to see the presenter.

Password protect when join a meeting/conference
Currently, my Host number and Paritcipant number always the same. This allow someone that already join my meeting to dial-in on my other conferences. This method of meeting should not be use any more. Unless 1, we get a new random Participant number each time. 2, we can assign password. But this password should be require when dial-in also. Currently, no password for dial-in at all. I think we should have an option for this. For now, we can use RC meeting app to initiate a new random Meeting ID each time.
