  1. Visual indicator for when saved recordings in the RC app have been shared (via link, etc.)

    When you are viewing saved recordings in the RC App (under Video -> Recordings), there is the ability to share those recordings (using the "Share Materials" button for the highlighted recording). You can share them as a link. But then later on, when you go back to viewing the list of saved recordings, there is no easy way (such as a visual indicator in the list of saved recordings) to see which have been shared (via link, etc.). This is something that should exist (example: it exists in OneDrive when you share a file or folder).

  2. RCV - Option to use Whiteboard in RingCentral Desktop app

    After the recent RCV updates, the option to use Whiteboard is no longer available. Hopefully, the option will return in the desktop app version.

  3. Organization should have the option to decide at what age video recordings are deleted for their entire tenant.
