Allow Participants To Allow Camera And Audio Settings Before Starting Meetings And Keep Them On
I do a lot of telemedicine video visits, and I have noticed that too many of my patients struggle with getting their audio set up and/or allowing the video to run. As a result, when I allow them to join the meeting, we often spend (waste) 5 minutes for technical reasons and this reduces the time for the actual appointment conversation. It would be nice if they can allow their camera and audio before they join and those settings stay set so they do not have to fumble with them again after they join.

Video Recording Visibility for Admins
Currently, direct access to other users’ video meeting recordings is not available under standard permissions.
There are use cases where authorized access to these recordings is necessary. It would be helpful to have an option for admins (or designated roles) to view or manage recordings across users.
Suggested Solution:
Add admin-level permissions to access user recordings
Allow role-based access control for recordings
Provide a centralized recording management featureThis would improve flexibility and support important internal workflows while maintaining proper access control.

As of Jun 10th 2026, the transcription is only generated if the video-meeting is being recorded and notes are created. But I want to be able to have just the transcription so I can create my own "without recording". My team is not comfortable "being recorded all the time".1 vote -
Improve RingCentral Video Meeting Accessibility for External Users on iOS Mobile Devices Using Google Chrome
External participants are currently unable to join RingCentral Video meetings when accessing meeting links through the Google Chrome browser on iOS devices. The meeting link fails to open or join the meeting successfully, creating an inconsistent user experience compared to Android devices, where the same links function as expected.
As a workaround, users must manually copy the meeting link and open it in the Safari browser or navigate to v.ringcentral.com and enter the meeting ID. This additional step creates confusion and may prevent external participants from joining meetings promptly.

The customer is using Call Park and would like the system-generated park location announcement (for example, "Call parked on location 801") to play in French instead of English.

Fix defect related to use of CTRL/SHIFT/ALT keys when accessing a fullscreen RDP session on a shared screen in RC meeting
Using CTRL/SHIFT/ALT keys results in temporarily loss of remote control of shared screen in RC meeting. Cannot use CTRL or SHIFT keys in RDP sessions on customer screen being shared and remote controlled in RC meeting. The orange remote control banner at the top of the RC meeting switches to "Wait to control [name's] screen" when one of those keys is hit, and then one second later remote control starts working again automatically. Add a feature that allows RingCentral customers to add or delete numbers in bulk from the call block list in the RingCentral Admin Portal. Currently , customers can only add and delete numbers in the call block list individually.

Download button for video summary in-meeting
Currently, transcription and summary materials cannot be generated when a video meeting session exceeds two hours. As a workaround, the meeting host has the option to download the transcript during the meeting, prior to ending the session, using the Download Transcript button.
However, this option is not available for the video summary feature. Video summaries are generated only after the meeting concludes, and if a summary is not generated, there is no alternative way to retrieve it.

Pause between the announcement and greeting in AIR
In AI Receptionist, if you set up the announcement before greeting and you test it, it seems that there is no pause. The customer is requesting to have an option to adjust the duration. Bring back the auto download chat option
Prior to the recent update (some time around end of March/beginning of April for me) there was an option in the meeting chat to have the chat auto download once the meeting had finished. This option has since been removed and the chats no longer auto download. Please bring this back as an option.

Feature Request – Toolbar Controls During Presentation Mode
Description:
We would like to request a new functionality for the video conferencing service. Currently, when a user is presenting, the toolbar does not display the chat or audio controls. This limitation creates an issue in scenarios where the presenter needs to quickly mute/unmute themselves or share information through the chat without interrupting the presentation flow.At present, the presenter is forced to stop screen sharing in order to access the meeting controls (chat, audio, etc.), and then restart the presentation. This process disrupts the flow of the meeting and negatively impacts the overall user experience.

Integration for Enguard HIPAA-Compliant Email & Calendar
We are requesting a native integration or a secure API bridge for Enguard. This would allow:
Calendar Syncing: RingCentral to read Enguard calendar events so that scheduled meeting times automatically populate on the "Join" page and the "Upcoming" tab within the RingCentral app.
Enhanced HIPAA Workflow: Users in the medical field could remain within their secure email environment (Enguard) while still enjoying the automated scheduling features RingCentral provides to users of less secure platforms.

Recording/Participant View Controls and Highlights
When recording meetings, the full room remains visible even if a participant’s camera is turned off. An option to control which participant is highlighted in the recording would improve usability. Additionally, a “pin speaker” or “pin participant” feature would be beneficial.

Visual indicator for when saved recordings in the RC app have been shared (via link, etc.)
When you are viewing saved recordings in the RC App (under Video -> Recordings), there is the ability to share those recordings (using the "Share Materials" button for the highlighted recording). You can share them as a link. But then later on, when you go back to viewing the list of saved recordings, there is no easy way (such as a visual indicator in the list of saved recordings) to see which have been shared (via link, etc.). This is something that should exist (example: it exists in OneDrive when you share a file or folder).
