Synchronization of External Shared Contacts in RingCentral Mobile App
We request an enhancement to the RingCentral mobile app to ensure seamless synchronization of external shared contacts. Currently, users are experiencing issues where newly added external contacts do not appear in the mobile app without manual intervention such as device restarts or cache clearing. This inconvenience affects productivity, particularly for large teams. We seek a solution that automatically updates shared contacts across all devices without the need for user intervention, ensuring accurate and up-to-date contact information for all users.

External click-to-call links for Jupiter/RCV
I would like to propose new feature for Jupiter / RCV.
The main idea of requested functionality is based on former click-to-call service for telephony.
The link will allow external users to make a call to creator's endpoint with no need to install any App / log in.
Link creator will not need to reveal any personal contact information in order to avoid spam / misuse / limit the calls.
User can define the rules for each link or even stop the access in case of abuse.As a Jupiter/mThor user, I would like to be able to

Non-Unique Email Behavior
In RingCentral MVP App contacts search capability; like when dialing a user extension number with non-unique email address; it should only show one entry with the user extension number. As of this time, it shows multiple entries since the Search feature is showing all those with the same contact email addresses. Or, one user profile will show multiple user extension numbers with one contact email address.

Add Nvida Broadcast Compatibility for Video
Nvidia Broadcast uses AI to provide advanced features like background noise removal, virtual background effects, and video noise reduction. These features significantly improve video quality in video calls, and perform better than the ones integrated in RingCentral itself. This feature is supported in RingCentral for Audio, but does not currently work for video.

RC Meetings - add an option to join from RC App to the RCM Join from Browser page
In the Current redirect logic on the RC Meetings page for joining a meeting from web, https://meetings.ringcentral.com/wc/username/[meetingID]/join# there is no link on the page to go join a meeting from the RC App. Please add a link to this page to allow users to join from RC App. The reason for this is that if users have selected to never see the pop-up for RC App (or if the pop-up fails to load for another reason) on the meetings.ringcentral.com/join page, it will automatically redirect to the above join from browser page. Show Notes for non-RingCentral users in video meetings
When a non-RingCentral user joins a video meeting through their browser, the Show Notes function is greyed out. Since most of the world is not using RingCentral, that means that most of the people on the meeting cannot access the Notes feature, including Public Notes. The Notes should be available to all people in the meeting irrespective of how they join.
BTW, hovering over the greyed out Show Notes button displays a message saying "This setting is managed by your company admin." That is not correct since there is no such setting and the feature simply doesn't work.

Allow Rooms device to connect to other providers meetings
Rooms appliance only allows connection to RingCentral meetings. This is a major inconvenience in the event that we need to join a video meeting from a different provider such as Teams, Webex, or ZOOM.
Please find a way to allow Rooms appliance to connect to other meetings and not just Call in.

As of August 2024, Rooms can now join Teams meetings using SIP Guest Join, if the SIP join details are not provided in the meeting invitation.

The current meeting technology utilizes AI to summarize the discussion during the meeting, it would be great if the AI could pick up on next steps and action items to summarize the action items from the meeting along with the discussion summary.
