Remote Control for RCM via browser
User still utilized RingCentral Meetings for video meeting and this has limited the remote control. This should still be available while RingCentral meeting is in transition to RingCentral video.

Call Monitoring
Adding call monitoring to a User group in the RingCentral portal, does not allow you to edit the call monitoring features. It will be great to add call recording that only allows Listen only.

Minimize sharing screen option
Whenever we are sharing screen, there is no option to minimize the options on top. We can only move it left to right, top to bottom. It would be better if it has the option just like with Zoom to minimize those options.

Ability to Remove or Configure Dial-In Numbers in RCV
In RCM, you had the ability to configure which dial-in numbers display when creating an invite for a meeting (https://support.ringcentral.com/article-v2/RingCentral-Meetings-Specifying-Global-Dial-in-Countries.html?brand=RC_US&product=RingCentral_MVP&language=en_US). It would be helpful to be able to do this in RCV as well.We would also like the option to remove any dial-in numbers from the RCV meeting invite through the Meetings settings tab in the RC App and Admin Portal. Currently, the only way to do this is to wait for the meeting invite to generate in Outlook/Gmail/etc., and then delete the dial-in numbers manually.

The customer requested the ability to manually add external contacts to the RingCentral app and make them available to all users without completing the template. The customer refused to fill out the template because they will be adding contacts daily.

Adding Phone Users
We should be able to add users without extensions. There is something to be said about the convenience of having users on the account. You can easily share recordings to them. However, it is too risky that they will incur unauthorized charges on the account if they have extensions. There should be a way that we can have the best of both worlds, adding users with restrictions.

All future, scheduled meetings in RingCentral Video should be viewable under the Upcoming Meetings tab, just as previous meetings appear...

Not all of our counselors are equipped with Outlook or Gmail calendars, so when they schedule a meeting in RCV, they choose Meeting Info for Schedule Using so they can copy/paste into an email to their clients. After they save the meeting, it should appear under Upcoming Meetings, just as Zoom does. AirPods Max allows you to mute/unmute by pressing the digital crown or end call by pressing it twice. This is supported on our mobile client, but does not work on our desktop client

Improve Accessiblity to Reactions
I love reactions! However, it can take several clicks and mouse movements to actually access reactions. Then you have to do all of that again so you can turn the reaction off. This makes it a little clunkier to use reactions and it is easier to just raise my hand in person than to use the hand raise reaction.
My suggestion is to add the ability to pin or open a pop up with the reaction options during the meeting (Similar to the chat pop out) or open the reactions menu just by hovering over the button. Or maybe the…
