  1. Allow Fellow’s Companion to join my RingCentral meetings.

    Integrate Fellows with RingCentral. I can use this with all other meeting platforms but I cannot invite to my RC meetings. Teams, Zoom, Google meet... https://fellow.app/features/companion-mode/ Pleeeaaassseee! :)

  2. Be able to pre-upload a video to stream into meeting

    BlueJeans had this incredibly useful function where you could upload a video file, typically .mp4 format and then play that video for all participants on demand. This allowed for smooth presentations of video clips in a video call. Additionally it would be REALLY nice if you could pre-buffer a Youtube or similar clip so it would play smoothly to the participants on a call.

  3. Add ability to Zoom in and out

    I cannot always see small text being shared. I would like to be able to either zoom the whole screen, or even zoom into a portion of the screen.

  5. RC Video Options to Mirror Zoom

    In Zoom, there is an option to share both monitors simultaneously. This is currently NOT an option in RC Video, even though it is powered by Zoom. I would LOVE to see this offered! From a training perspective, it would be EXTREMELY HELPFUL!!!

    For our company, it is key that we are able to change people's names for privacy reasons. The caller should be able to change when they come in and the Host should always have access to change it. Privacy is key when working with attorneys!

  10. Auto-hide old chats

    Can we please get a setting in RingCentral to hide any chat over X amount of days automatically? Would love to set it to let's say a week, any old chats to be hidden automatically, otherwise my chat list is impossible to navigate.Thanks!

  11. Rooms Connector: Report on use and alert when all concurrent licenses are in-use

    Since Rooms Connector licenses are concurrent, customers need the ability to run reports on peak usage of those licenses. In addition, the customer should be able to set up an alert the moment that all licenses are occupied.

  13. Webinar content share and VIdeo feed coudl be better presented if split in half or even allow for multi-screen

    In Webinars, if video is on speaker, the small window on the bottom right is not very affective. Ideally either support split screen or allow for multi screen support where you can move content share to one screen and video feed to another screen

  14. 3/4 digit conference number

    Creating a conference room with 3/4 digits would be awesome. Internal only to start and have the ability to add a line for external users to connect. Dialing a long distance number with a complicated code is too much for a bunch of people to connect to a conference.Having moved over from Asterisk - I miss this feature.

  16. Save whiteboard items set up prior to call

    I use the whiteboard feature to host workshops. It would be nice if I could dial into the call days before the meeting to set up visuals on the whiteboard and have those visuals saved so they are there when the call happens vs I currently have to log into the call early to set the board up and stay on the call or the whiteboard gets erased. I also sometimes forget to push the record button and then the whiteboard doesn't get saved for me to go back and review after the meeting. It would be nice if the…

    Add the ability to delete/remove the recurring meeting set by the other User extension/s (who is no longer part of the company) from the RingCentral Video Meetings.

  19. Feature to buzz any meeting participant on MVP if that person has not joined the meeting

    As the RC Video Meeting OrganizerI want to send reminder message to any participant on MVPIn order to remind that person to attend the meetingReminder can be in form of message that blinks on the MVP and catches the user attention so that the person can either join the meeting or respond accordingly.Reminder message can be on MVP and also extend to SMS for the person.By default, the feature will be turned on for the MVP user. However it would be a configurable setting and MVP user can turn it off.
