Set the default virtual background for all users in an organization
We would like to be able to set a default background option for all users (or selected users) in our organization.Our team of call center users is continually changing with users being added or deleted from the organization. The new users almost always forget to set their virtual background to blurred or an approved background.We need to be able to go into the Administration Portal and select a group of users and set their default virtual background as blurred (or any image that we choose).Is this possible?

Option to prevent participants to rejoin (kicked participants)
I'm a new employee of RingCentral and I saw something we can make changes or improve when we or our clients are using our RingCentral Video. We all know that there are times when our meeting links have been compromised. Someone not from our organization or company was able to obtain an invite link to join our RingCentral Video/Meeting. Yes, we have the ability to kick out that someone, however, as long as that someone has the link to the RingCentral Video/Meeting; they can still come back in.So, I suggest we add an option before kicking someone out. Ability for another meeting attendee to record a meeting in the host's absence
When the person who scheduled the meeting (i.e. the host) is unable to or just not attending a call they've scheduled, there should be a way for other attendees of the call to be able to record the call. This happens often enough where it'd be a useful feature.

Add ability to Zoom in and out
I cannot always see small text being shared. I would like to be able to either zoom the whole screen, or even zoom into a portion of the screen.

network issue notification during the meeting in RingCentral Meeting
While on active meeting in RingCentral Meeting, then a network issue occur, there must be a pop-up notification or at least a signal bar indicating the network issue just for the participant to be aware.

Elapsed timer on RCV is not yet available

Closed Captions Permanently On
For accessibility reasons, I need closed captions on for all my meetings. It's very inconvenient to have to turn them on manually for every meeting. It would be great if this was something that could be turned on or off in general settings so it could be automatically on all the time. If I join a meeting and other people have already joined and are talking, I miss some of the conversation until I'm able to manually turn captions on. Please consider this for those who need accessibility feature.

use only one number for 2 factor authentication for multiple users
Creating this in behalf of the customer who wants to one phone number to receive a code for 2 factor authentication for all users who will be part of a call queue then they signed in to their RC App

Status time on MVP
We would like to have view how long someone's status for example away for 10 minutes. It would be nice for managers and supervises. This is for users that are not in MaxAgent. This is preventing us from moving to MS Teams.

Have calls transferred from the Bridge Operator Console show the original caller ID instead of the transferee in RC call logs
When calls are transferred from the Bridge operator console, the user taking the call will see the caller ID of the original call, but in the RC call log, it will show the caller being the person who transferred the call

Numbers to indicate the order in which hands were raised
When multiple people raise their hands, the hands should be numbered by the order in which people raised their hands. This allows a presenter to answer questions in the order in which people raise their hands.
