Allow for participant video panel pop out when someone is screen sharing.
It would be nice to have the option to pop out the participant video panel when someone is sharing their screen so that you can have the screen share on one screen, and the participants on another screen. Similar to how you can pop out the participants when you are the one screen sharing.

RingCentral Meetings Share Dual Displays
Sharing dual screens during a meeting is extremely helpful in displaying content relevant to your meeting. GoToMeetings has this feature and it works well. I believe all users would benefit from having this feature available to them.

Ability for another meeting attendee to record a meeting in the host's absence
When the person who scheduled the meeting (i.e. the host) is unable to or just not attending a call they've scheduled, there should be a way for other attendees of the call to be able to record the call. This happens often enough where it'd be a useful feature.

Automatically join the video Meeting when clicking meeting invite
Hello, This is more of a suggestion for future releases of RingCentral Video as the application is working as expected now. Video is frustrating a lot of our users and many have stopped using Video and switched to Teams. This is due to how RingCentral responds when clicking on the meeting link from email invites.The meeting webpage loads as expected and the browser is set to open the application by default. The application does join the meeting, yet the webpage changes the screen to join meeting. Many users join both on the webpage and the application and creates countless issues.…

Provide full screen viewing of shared screen - hide toolbar
I am unable to view full screen of a shared screen in RingCentral Video. If I choose Fit to Window or Original size, there are still three unnecessary wasted areas, which prevent actual full screen. Attached is an example when another user shares their screen. In Fit to Windows mode, I can’t read the screen. In Original size mode, I only see part of the screen. Super Admin should have total control
What is the point of a Super Admin role if the Super Admin only acts as a regular Admin. Your knowledgebase conflicts with the app's reality. A Super Admin should be able to add Team Admins and remove Team Admins regardless of who created the Team. The S.A. should be able to rename Teams and folders regardless of who created them in the first place. Simply put, the Super Admin should be in God Mode and can change anything in the account since the Super Admin created the original account and owns it.

Sometimes when you join a meeting, you want to say "Hello" but don't want to interrupt ongoing discussion. So it will be great to introduce "Hello" reaction just for this case.

gallery mode available when only I am in meeting
Until someone else joins a meeting, I can't set any gallery arrangements up, even if I am logged in on multiple devices as myself and want to show one screen from one PC and the gallery view on the other PC.

Is there a feature to mirror screen when I am on the video as Zoom has? I like it it to match what is behind me.

We are an online remote operating service and staff are intimated to have the camera watching them 9 to 5pm. Can they switch to an avatar setting and only if we wave to them, they come on screen.
