  1. It would be nice to simply push a record button using the mobile app on speaker phone to reocrd in-person meetings and have the AI notetaker summarize.

  2. "Overall, I mean, let's say you have the message template, but what is the sense If it doesn't change the name in the message automatically, for an example you have a message,

    The automation thing that is missing is to make the XXX to change automatically in the customer's name, it could be done by AI or just a simple variable."

  3. My company would like to test AI but turning it on in the backend meant it was enable for all 6,000+ users by deafult. We found inconsistency when AI is turned on the backend, “AI Assistant” is ON by default but “Ask RingSense AI” is OFF by default (see attach screenshot).

    As it stand if testing looks good in DEV lab tenant, we would NOT be able to have a select group of users in PROD to help us test since turning it on in the backend will enable everyone by default and trying to use your bulk update to…

  6. Some of us don't use SalesForce. My firm uses MyCase. I'd like to use Zapier to pull the transcription and the AI summary and post to a call item in MyCase. Right now, I can't pull recordings, transcripts, or notes through Zapier, only call logs and contacts.

  14. Ability to have the option to remove the verbal prompt or whisper when it records and transcribes the phone calls. In New York, the law does not require that both people on the call have to be aware that it is being recorded. I don't want them to hear the whisper as it might make them feel uncomfortable.

    I would also like the option to use this function on my physical desk phone, if possible.

  15. Hey All, I have a customer using RIngSense for scoring calls and they were wondering if an Admin has the ability to control their users notifications settings.

    This article was all I coudl find and through my own exploring I could not find a way for admins to adjust this for their users.

    Use case - The managers want to be able to score these calls but not have their users be aware that the calls have been scored.

    This is for Better Business Bureau who has around 100 users today but looking to expand in future.

    Upon checking with the RS engineering team we are advices that:

    • Early Access program, please note that their early access period will be ending in October. Please make sure customers are aware that their free beta access to these features (SmartNotes, AI Writer, and AI Summaries) will be removed in October. Updates will be provided soon

  19. The Customer raised a concern that they weren't notified properly in regards to the AI assistant implementation.
    There were no warnings that the AI feature will be applied to their phone system. This has affected their HIPAA compliance.
    Now, The Customer wants to have an automated notification that a feature has been added on their account, preferably via E-mail.

  20. Currently, in order to get next steps and Q&A from RCV, you need to have RingSense for Sales. Customers are asking for this to be part of the RingSense EX as they don't want all the extra features from RingSense for Sales.
