Multiple accounts with the ability to toggle between in the app.
I have multiple accounts with RingCentral as I'm running different companies. It is difficult to keep on top of client calls with each account as I cannot be logged into both accounts at once. Is there a way to be able to toggle from one account to another under 1 login? I have been a longtime RingCentral client and this is something I suggested years back. Can you please implement this feature within the desktop and mobile apps?

Use High Velocity Sales dispositions for non-cadence calls
High Volume Sales works as expected for Cadence calls.
But to align their reports, it would be beneficial to allow them to log HVS dispositions even for non-Cadence calls

Automatic Ticket Creation | RingCentral for Hubspot
Instead of using a third-party app/CRM, it would be great if we have an option to automatically create tickets for calls using RingCentral for Hubspot or other integrated applications.
As of the moment, we do not support creating tickets directly for logging calls in HubSpot integration.

An integration for Go High Level CRM is URGENT!!!
GoHighLevel CRM is a very powerful platform that help businesses automate their marketing and sales processes. GHL is used by marketing agencies that offer this product as one of the best CRM options out there. Ring Central will have great exposure to clients that need a CRM with reliable phone and text messaging systems. For now the only other phone company that integrates with GHL is Twilio, and they don't even have a mobile app to make and receive calls on the go. Btw, I really like the Ring Central app! In my opinion this integration is a NO–BRAINER for…

Make all numbers assigned to other users in RingCentral account to appear under my profile in Zapier Integration.
We are using Zapier to integrate with our Airtable scheduling hub. The phone numbers that will appear on the Zapiers integrations are only the numbers assigned to your extension. I need all numbers to appear in Zapier, so that multiple staff can send scheduling SMS messages if needed. Your integration specialist ask that I submit this request to make all numbers or numbers assigned to other users in your RingCentral account to appear under my profile in Zapier Integration. This will be a feature request.

RC for Salesforce - Call Logs for RingOut
when I click to dial using ring out the call is recorded 2 times in the activity history for the contact. I can’t imagine that is the way it’s supposed to work. It is weird. It shows me making the outbound dial but then it also shows an inbound call from the same person I dialed. It shows it in both the RingCentral app and the salesforce activity history. Is that correct?

Calling options (Click-to-dial) in RC for Outlook
Currently, the outlook integration app has two kinds of outlook phone call handling
The select to dial as you can see on the screen, it works perfectly
The call contact (like button on contact card). The 'Call' menu in the contextmenu by right click on contact should be the same as the call button on contact card.
It would be great if we have an option to make a call under the 'Contacts/People'(listed in the Global Address List), personal contacts, and shared contacts.

MS Teams contacts to display the extension number on the contact list
"Some users show up with a RingCentral "R" next to their name, and others do not, even though all users have licenses and extensions in RingCentral. The users with the "R" have "sources" for the contact - and only list RingCentral. There are users with both RingCentral AND Microsoft Teams as their "source"
This changes some behavior in the Teams integration. Users with both Teams and RingCentral "sources" will not display the user's extension in the contact book next to their name; instead, you have to click the user to see their extension."
This has confirmed to be the expected…
