  2. Has RC considered an integration with Lattice (a People Management Platform)? Our medical device business has signed up with Lattice and it would be extremely helpful to have RingCentral integrated as a communications platform. I'm sure other RC customers would benefit as well.

  3. We need a translator from time to time, and while Google Translate is not perfect, it would be good enough. You can have Google Translate use audio on the computer speakers, but it doesn't come through in the conversation. Is there a way to make that work?

  7. We use Service Monster for all of our CRM in our service companies. We would like to have an API/integration so we do not have to re-enter phone numbers from Service Monster to RingCentral. We would also like to have the client's name show up with that phone number when texted or called.

  11. The RingCentral for outlook plugin works when creating an outlook invitation, it can invite people. The problem is that the passcode is not included in the one-touch link for private video conferences so those with the link still need to key in the passcode manually but most of the time it is not easy to find. The one-touch link should allow those who use to immediately be able to join the meetings without being asked to enter the passcode. This will not only be for convenience but also for safety as some participants join the meetings while driving.

  17. The request is for an app that can be deployed via the Microsoft Teams app gallery to add RingCentral controls to the side of the Teams client.
    This app should do the following:
    - Allow for SSO-Stay logged in-Give controls such as: Accept all calls -
    Deny all calls - Do not accept queue calls
    - Remote member management features like logging out of specific queues (this is available in native teams call routing functionality)
    - Be available on mobile

  19. In the Dynamics integration, it would be helpful to have central (administrative) control of the settings such as enable logging, screen pop, etc. This will make it easier to deploy to a large group of agents.
