  1. We are currently using a custom field on our Opportunity object for matching related cases. Is there a way to use multiple fields for matching? For example, sometimes we contact clients on their main phone number, but they also have an alternate phone number too. We'd like communication with either their main or alternate phone numbers to return matches in RingCentral. Is this possible, or can you only match using one phone number field?

  3. (1) Unresponsive SMS 'Related To' field but has matching Phone Fields
    (2) Inbound and outbound call activity will not save to Prospect or Account records when logged.

  7. Please add templates to the RC app within Salesforce. This feature is enabled in the mobile app and desktop app. This is a missing piece. Additionally it would be nice to be able to have an sms module in Ring central to track all sms for a contact in Salesforce.

  19. To improve the efficiency and accuracy of case resolutions, I propose that all departments adopt a standardized template when submitting cases to advanced support.

    Why is this necessary?
    Currently, support teams are frequently receiving cases with vague or incomplete descriptions that are coming from our internal departments. This often results in back-and-forth communication to clarify details, causing unnecessary delays in issue resolution. A standardize submission template would ensure that all critical information is captured by our internal partners from the start, enabling support teams to diagnose and address issues more quickly and effectively.
