Choose default Tab in Teams 2.0 Integration
I'm using the Beta Teams 2.0 integration. For the most part I think it's great, however whenever you click into the RingCentral area it always loads one the Phone tab which shows calls history and the dialler. For us that's not much use and everyone here would much prefer the HUD tab to be the default. If in the Settings area you could select your preferred default tab, that would be much better.

Salesforce click to dial to accept extensions.
This would be very use for anyone that is calling a specific person from their contacts that requires an extension. Old phone system we used had this feature with their Salesforce add-in. Example: 111-222-3333,1234This would dial the main number and after a brief pause the extension.

RC App Chat within MS Teams Embedded Dialer
Within the MS Teams RC Embedded Dialer app 2.0 can the RC App Chat be added? I use Teams and RCA to talk to both sets of customers and it would be great to work within one app and not both. So I can have all my RCA chats and groups with customers and RC staff as well as my Teams chats.

Preset phone numbers for transferring purposes
Presetting phone numbers when in the transfer window. Allowing them to be labeled by the organization/company for ease of transfer. Preventing user from transferring a call to the wrong phone number. Drop down menu, listing the labeled phone numbers before hitting "transfer now"

Integrate with Outlook so you can click the phone icon in profile/contact cards to dial the number.
Is there a way to configure ring central desktop app to call the phone number from an outlook profile card? There's a phone icon when you hover or click on a contact in outlook but you can't click the button. Microsoft Teams works like this. It would be faster if you could just click the phone icon instead of going to RC desktop app or outlook add in and type the name / number, when you could just make two mouse clicks and dial the number right away.

RingCentral for SalesForce: Set Default value for "Related To" items
The ask is to set the default value for "Related To" items in Salesforce. For companies that have Clients set up in multiple places in Salesforce, under "Accounts" or "Opportunities", giving us the option to set a default place where call history is stored.

RingCentral for Dynamics365: CTI to utilize "regarding" field
This would offer the ability to log inbound and outbound calls directly to opportunity/case activities. This could be similar to the "related to" field in SFDC.

WINGET exe version
We've been evaluating installations with Winget. In your winget repository https://winget.run/pkg/RingCentral/RingCentral the version is .msi version. We would like to have .exe version as we use that for installs and it allows for updates.

call forwarding for external number let ringcentral system take over the handling of calls for external number
when calls are routed to external number , cx wanted that the call handling set by ringcentral be followed rather than the call handling of the external number carrier. to avoid call failing.
