  2. Customers deploying the RingCentral embedded app for Microsoft Teams via the Teams Admin Center currently do not receive confirmation or visibility into which groups successfully received the deployment.

    Problem Statement
    When a customer uses the Teams Admin Center to deploy the MS Teams embedded app, the deployment process completes without any success message or indication of which groups have received the app. This lack of feedback makes it difficult to confirm whether the deployment was successful or to troubleshoot any issues.

  3. Currently, every time a user changes their status in MS Teams/Teams Embedded App, it shows in the Audit Trail in the Admin Portal, which causes the logs to become cluttered, making it difficult to track other important activities.

    We are looking for an option to prevent these status change logs from appearing in the audit trail.

In the RingCentral desktop, we have the option to share voicemails which apparently is non-feature while using the Teams app. The only option we have is to "Download" but I feel that the extra steps to export and import a file as opposed to sharing the voicemail to someone within the company can be felt on our productivity.

    I'm trying to install the RingCentral for Teams Desktop Plugin for about 80 users (I'm a RingCentral Partner). I see that there's an EXE and an MSI for IT, but the MSI says "Non Auto Update." Can I deploy the EXE Silently since that auto-updates? If so, how?

    Or can I add a switch to the MSI to allow it to auto-update?
