Music On Hold with Random Selection. We would like to have as many messages as possible. Not always the same message. Random selection of audio files when a Client is placed on Hold. Have many messages in a Pool. The system would select on hold at RandomCurrently they hear the same message from beginning. Not as interesting as it could be.

MS Teams integration cannot search keywords in SMS & phone directory excludes phone numbers
As of 6/14/22, my entire company has abandoned the MS Teams and RingCentral integration for the Ring Central Desktop App because (1) we cannot search for keywords in SMS messages in the integration and (2) the phone directory only displays active RC members and excludes personal contact phone numbers or any contacts other than Ring Central members. Its frustrating for my users to have to go back and forth between the RC Desktop App and the MS Teams integration to do searches, when the point of an integration is to have everything centralized in one place. Better integrate with Microsoft FindTime
We use FindTime a lot and when using RingCentral Video links with FindTime we run into a bunch of problems.I opened a ticket with support (12440948) and they suggested a feature request.They confirmed: I was not able to click the meeting invite to start the RCV meeting. I had to manually copy and paste the link into my Google Chrome Browser for it to work. What is also odd is that when I did that and put it into Chrome, it added a semi-colon which made the link invalid. Once I removed the semi-colon, it worked perfectly.

Salesforce Plugin - Improved error handling messages would help users to better understand what has gone wrong
When users receive an error with RC component in Salesforce this is a very generic display message; it would help if this could display the actual salesforce error message rather than "Sorry, we’ve failed to log your call. Please try again later’"

QR Code authenticator app
In the past few years the security community has stated that two-factor-autentication via SMS and phone call, are no longer secure and can easily be intercepted. Scanning a QR Code and usin a rotating 6 digit code that changes every 30 seconds should have been added 5-10 years ago and without it, companies aren't compliant with some security rules.

We need a custom fillable Fax cover page to be added right onto ring central.
We need to have quick easy access to a custom, FILLABLE, fax cover page. We send out faxes all day and each fax is different. We need to be able to fill in the cover page right on ring central. I spoke with one of your technicians and he said if we wanted a fillable fax cover page than we can add it as a word document. That does not work for us as we do not have word access. Realtime dashboard IVR widget
For the IVR widget we can see live calls being in the dashboard but we can not click into the IVR to see the UII and the routing it takes. I think it would be beneficial to see the routing of a call in the IVR widget like how you can see on the other widgets. This way we can see if a call comes in where the call routed to and see where the calls get stuck at and possibly add in at which node.

Integrate Ringcentral Tasks into Google Calendar for google workspace
You should be able to create a task in a ringcentral team and have it appear in the google calendar. For example, if there is a team called "daily tasks" it would create a "daily tasks" google calendar and any tasks assigned through ringcentral in that team would also appear in google. Or if there is already a calendar created in google, be able to connect it to a new or existing ringcentral team.

Have 2 options for voice message, One for daily use, and 2nd to change to holiday, out of office etc.
It is rather a pain having to change the voice mail message when out of the office and then have to change it back to the daily message when returning to the office. It would be great to have the option to have 2 message recordings, one for daily message and one for when out of office and just simply and quickly change the message back to the daily recording. System wide custom fax cover sheet and API enhancement
Customer would like to be able to upload a custom fax cover sheet for the business containing their logo and different information. Currently, each fax account needs to upload the custom cover to use. Being able to add additional cover sheets to the system and push down to all users would assist in streamlining this process. Having the API's to manage custom cover pages would also be a huge help.
