  3. Bring back the RingCentral Phone app. The new app is too convoluted and the UI is terrible. It is more capable and I personally use it because I need more features than most of our employees. Most of our employees just need to open an image that was texted in or listen to a voicemail. The old RC Phone app was super simple and easy and the UI was simple and straightforward. They could fax and handle texts and clear their call logs/voicemails easily. The new app is all over the place and 90% of our employees will never use…

  5. Currently, the Analytics Reports works by assigning 'Roles' (hierarchy)

    Ex. Users with Brisbane Students roles report to users under Brisbane Advisors roles. The Brisbane Advisors will see the reports of Brisbane Students. However, Brisbane Students will not be able see the other users with the same role on the reports.

    It will be great if we have the option in Analytics Reports in RC for Salesforce to create a group under the same role and they will be able to see other users with the same role on the reports.

  10. In the RingCentral for Hubspot plugin, users are required to have their HS email match their RC email for them to authenticate.

    For some use cases where it is not ideal for users to have their own logins in Hubspot, they won't be able to utilize the plugin to log their calls and for the C2D feature.

    There should be at least a workaround for situations similar to this.

  11. Active Directory and Single sign-on require a 'unique' email address for each user extension. Adding or setting up SSO with a user with a shared email will not push through.

  17. Having the option to implement a streaming URL service for ‘music On on hold’ within the RingCentral platform would be extremely beneficial to us.
    This live URL would be able to provide a multitude of company oriented advertisements that would be randomized with every single call with every single customer being placed on hold.
    Services like Easy on Hold can provide that as long as the RingCentral platform supports it.

  20. Feature Request : Warm Transfer call for Yealink T48U

    Details : By Default issue warm transfer is not set on the phones directly and they would have to configure them manually on the phones web GUI to allow attended transfer to be applied and had to apply it on each phone on the cx account that is a Yealink T46U, T48U and T57W

    Current behavior : blind transfer is set for the yealink transfer key
