  1. It would be great if we had the option to integrate WhatsApp into MVP office plans.Currently, there is no direct way to integrate WhatsApp and their MVP account. The only way is by having a RingCX Digital account and connecting to WhatsApp. If they need help in setting up RingCX Digital account, they will have to reach out to their Account Manager or our Sales team.

  2. The current user mappings only assign a phone number based on the country code, area code, state, city, and postal code., not by site or any other attribute. When they add the unassigned user extensions to the account, they must assign a device and phone number in the region they are provisioning for, and they must assign the unassigned user extension to the site they will be using for that license.

    It would be great if we had the option to provision users and assign them by 'Site.'

  3. This idea is to synchronize contacts from your CRM directly into RingCentral. This would provide several key benefits:

    • Improved Caller ID: When customers call, their names will be properly displayed in RingCentral, eliminating the need for external Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) solutions to identify callers.
    • Simplified Call Handling: Easily create customized call routing and handling rules based on your CRM contacts.

    We will use this idea to aggregate interest in this feature across all CRMs, including, but not limited to, Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Zendesk, Bullhorn, Pipedrive, and more.

  6. For Automatic Call Recording in UC, it would be nice to have a separate message played for inbound calls and outbound calls. For example, when someone calls into an extension that has inbound calls recorded, the get one message. When someone calls out on an extension that has their outbound calls recorded, we could have a different message that states Who is calling and then after informing them of calls being recorded. If they know who is calling, then we may not have as many hangups.

  13. Hello,

    My team and I have been using the RingCentral for HubSpot Extension as well as the Data Sync that pushes all of our HubSpot Contacts to our RingCentral Accounts. We have only been using the sync for about 5-6 months now and have already maxed out the number of contacts we can have in our RC accounts (10,000).

    With that, we can no longer search for our HubSpot contacts by name in the RC App and it causes a lot of confusion when trying to keep all communications in order.

    My proposal is to add an automation/configuration within RingCentral…

  18. Currently, there is no way for admins to view the Do Not Disturb (DND) status of users from the RingCentral Admin Portal. The only way to determine if a user has enabled DND is by accessing their individual RingCentral app, which is not scalable or practical in environments with multiple users or contact center agents.

    This feature request is to add real-time visibility of each user’s DND status directly within the Admin Portal, either as a standalone column in the Users list or within each user’s profile page. Ideally, this would include:
