All cases to show on https://support.ringcentral.com/case.html
We just want to have all the cases open on our account aside from the web cases created to be tracked on https://support.ringcentral.com/case.html

This can be implemented either so all can have access, or make it as an option under roles.
At this time we've been told only super admins have access, but we have needs for different access for our support team

Please allow ability for all users, regardless of their roles to see and access all cases on the account.
