  1. In Salesforce we use mandatory fields to enforce our advisors to complete relevant sections of a task/activity. It would be useful to be able to have these mandatory fields reflected in the RC component which would ensure that our advisors are completing all required sections following a call

  2. When users receive an error with RC component in Salesforce this is a very generic display message; it would help if this could display the actual salesforce error message rather than "Sorry, we’ve failed to log your call. Please try again later’"

  15. When updating calendar dates in the RC plugin for Salesforce the date displayed is in US date format - this is even with the computer set to UK date format and our Salesforce environment being set to display in UK date format too. Please can this be updated

We use FindTime a lot and when using RingCentral Video links with FindTime we run into a bunch of problems.I opened a ticket with support (12440948) and they suggested a feature request.They confirmed: I was not able to click the meeting invite to start the RCV meeting. I had to manually copy and paste the link into my Google Chrome Browser for it to work. What is also odd is that when I did that and put it into Chrome, it added a semi-colon which made the link invalid. Once I removed the semi-colon, it worked perfectly.

  19. i am low vision, use jaws and zoomtext reverse screen and screen reader on window360 i have small office and several paralegal who work from home. att want me to go to ring central but i want to be sure that it is compatble with jaws and reverse, if written in flash it just looks like snow to me. if the voice over does not work itwould be useless i need to know before i make a change i use outlook jjc
