  1. We have used a command line along with the msi tool for IT to deploy the RingCentral Desktop app with auto-update enabled. We hare having issues with RingCentral for Outlook not auto-updating. How can I do something similar for the RingCentral for Outlook to make sure it auto-updates?

  5. I do utilize multi-step zaps in Zapier and it appears that my new call recordings and voicemail are now flowing into my CRM. I still need to figure out how to send the old call recordings because Zapier won’t allow me to just replay filtered zaps.

  8. At the moment we have a Ring Central integration with Dynamics 365 conencted to our Sales portal because it was only compatible with Channel Integration Framework 1.0. We need to get this integration changed to a Dynamics CIF 2.0 framework and wanted to see what we can do to get the built in integration to work Dynamics 365.   10. When the caller dialed the main number and the User needs to callback, the main number will show as the User's Caller ID. When the caller dialed the direct number of the user, the caller ID will be the direct number when the user calls back.

    I have multiple accounts with ring central. It is difficult to keep on track with different accounts since we are can only log into one account at a time. I believe I am not the only person with multiple accounts, Is there a way to be able to switch from one acct to another under 1 umbrella log-in without logging out of one? I am now required to get another phone in order to keep track of my phone call. If I want to start another business, will I have to get another phone, this will lead me to…

  13. Despite the record/pause option appearing on the call window of Google Chrome. It appears that ACR is not fully supported. Hence, a lot of the call recording features such as being able to pause the recording is not available.

    It would be great if this feature is fully implemented on the Chrome plugin since a lot of customers prefer to use the plugin as their daily driver for calls as opposed to the desktop/mobile app.

  14. Smarsh captures sms/text messages. It does not capture internal messages. THis makes no sense. It would be wise to allow SMARSH to capture all.

  15. These SMSes have, by and large, been working just fine . . . until they don't. We're not getting any API error on Zapier, and the messages show up in the user's Text history, but all of them have the "Message Cannot Be Sent" error on them. This happened last month, on May 27th and continued until June 3rd (7 days).

    It just started happening again June 23rd - 100% of the messages sent via the API are getting an error and not being sent. We don't have any additional details except for the red text "Text send failure" in…
