  15. Presence between RingCentral App and RC Embedded App in MS Teams should sync as expected. Wants to use also 3rd party app for Calling in RC for Salesforce,

  16. On the RingCentral desktop application, when viewing parked calls in the HUD, you can no longer see how long someone has been on park for. This feature was recently removed. I am not sure why. If the receptionist have an influx of calls and many parked calls, there is no way of them knowing how long someone has been parked to answer them chronologically.

    Please bring back this feature where you can see the amount of time a person has been on a parked call. You can see active time in the HUD when viewing extensions but not parked calls.…

  18. Currently, we only have an option to set up SSO with one IDP Provider.

  19. We have implemented the integration between RingCentral and Dynamics 365, and it is working. Our user base has asked us if we can change the screen pop to open in a new tab, as if they are working on in a Dynamics screen and they receive an incoming call the screen pop in the current tab overrides what they are currently working on and they are losing work.I cannot see a setting that request the pop open in a new tab, are we able to do this, and if so can you point me in the direction of the setting…
