  3. Currently, the admin portal only shows that the archiving failed in Archiver and we can hit the Retry button. It would be helpful if the reason for failure will be indicated along with the Retry button or will be stated in the email notification.

Joliet Junior College is the customer who is raising this issue and wants these tools to work better together as it causes confusion and delays in getting users added.   6. End users need a simple SMS solution that integrates into their web-based CRM. While our Google Chrome integration does off click-to SMS support, it does not support attachments or emojis. Customers need to direct their users to use the RC App when attachments and emojis are needed.

  8. when on an MS Team call, and a call comes in on the RingCentral app, it will disconnect the MS Team callThis is a feature we use and we purchased our entire headset fleet to utilize call control. Having to turn it off to keep from being kicked off other calls is unacceptable. Why is this the solution to prevent this from happening?

  13. Automator is available for all users regardless of their role which is normally fine. However, there are instances that it would be favorable to allow admins to disable Automator since it it's configured incorrectly it can effectively cause more problems than help.

    There is no specific permission under Roles & Permissions that we can modify in order to achieve this and it will be helpful if we will be given the option.

  17. Hi Team,Currently, we can use HID devices for MS Teams, but it isn't integrated with Jabra and Plantronics, unlike the RingCentral app.It would be extremely beneficial for this to be made available for our customers especially for those who use Jabra/Plantronics headsets.

  18. We are looking for a screen pop that happens after the call has ended in order for the end-users to finish entering data for the contact. We are using Dynamics 365.

  19. Other phone systems have a feature that allows voicemail messages to be delivered to email (specifically Exchange email) where when the voicemail message is marked as "read" in email, it is automatically marked as "read" in RingCentral. Same is true of deleting messages.

    If RC can figure out a way to do this, it would improve the end-user experience of those with physical phones who might only interact with the phone system through their physical phone and their email. Marking voicemail as read in email will turn off the voicemail notification light.
