  1. It would be great if we had the option to bypass the operating system's network permission when installing plugins and an option to install it without creating a desktop shortcut. Most installers have options on whether to add shortcuts. However, the installer with RingCentral is behind some layers of wrappers so we need to experiment with whether we can customize this behavior

  4. We use a product called Knock CRM to handle inbound calls after hours and when all of our staff are unavailable to answer a call for leasing an apartment. It has a call out feature that when clicked, triggers a call to the users phone, and then creates a call to the original caller and merges them. It would be great if we could just tie that directly into our RingCentral system.

  5. Some parts of the description and subject are totally unnecessary and messy because it's double information and the recording link. The ability to make it shortened and not expanded so long should be possible

  13. Customer doesn't have a dial button on his RC for MS Dynamics (browser) when he receives an incoming call. Also, need to utilize the Regarding field in call logs and call logs not automatically populating information for multiple contacts

  20. Create/ inject data directly into Salesforce as the call is happening. Automatically create a lead if no match found.

    Reason: this allow us to be sure that no call or lead are missed and it make sure out team reach back to the lead in the even that they handles more than 10 calls at a time
