  1. We need to have quick easy access to a custom, FILLABLE, fax cover page. We send out faxes all day and each fax is different. We need to be able to fill in the cover page right on ring central. I spoke with one of your technicians and he said if we wanted a fillable fax cover page than we can add it as a word document. That does not work for us as we do not have word access.   2. This would be very helpful to me and other companies to pinpoint specific team member/department phone conversations. A time-length customization filter would allow targeting of VMs left, introductory prospecting calls, and help to understand what time length is a meaningful conversation for departments and team members.

  5. cx did call us informing that they want to send sms with an attachment of a pdf file or any file type however they don't have option to attach it. we informed cx that we dont have yet that option so maybe you can consider adding such feature in the future.

You want an appropriate breakdown of call analytics and export/sync/integrate that data with a sales coaching and gamification platform (external to Ring Central). You currently have 2 options.   10. Currently, we use an API integration that simply sends a site-specific customer satisfaction survey that is sent 7 days after their order was fulfilled. This is a trigger that is automatically activated, the sms message is sent and seems to be in working order. However, the number that is defined as the outgoing phone number belongs to the user extension of our Administrator (1002) which is (617) 674-1243.   11. Everyone wants this. Please make it happen. I have been searching for two hours how to do this simple function that our old system was able to do. Why can't Ring Central come up with an address book accessible by all users? This is ridiculous and the staff comes to me angry at least once a week about this.

  14. Our CRM can't take over the call after it rings the RingCentral number, and It is going to RingCentral voicemail. If the calls are not answered after 20s, The calls should be answered by our CRM Voicemail system.

  15. We have MS Teams Integration using the PBX Portal and the ring time for all ringcentral phones needs to be set to 6 Ring/30 Seconds or higher. As our MS Teams environment is set to 4 Ring/20 Seconds. This allows all call handling to be handled by MS Teams. If the ring times are the same or RingCentral is lower, MS Teams doesn't handle the calls correctly.We manually have to change this setting on each phone when a user is created. We have a fully automated process that requires no input besides setting the Ring Time setting.
