  4. Enable support for linking multiple RingEX UIDs to a single HubSpot CRM instance using the native integration.

    This would allow organizations operating multiple RingCentral tenants to log calls and SMS into one centralized HubSpot environment. Current limitations result in missing logs, contact errors, and data loss during number migrations. Native multi-UID support would solve this for enterprise customers with distributed account structures.

  6. We have people saving calls on the RC for hubspot app, the call appears in Hubspot and then appears to vanish for Deals, with us being unable to access it. This is happening across the business for multiple accounts.

    2. From the CTI dialer

    It would be great if we have an option to have the Call button from Hubspot working after installing the RC for HubSpot dialer

    The new native Hubspot integration does exactly this! It may require some specific configuration to log immediately, and there could be some specific circumstances in which calls can't be logged immediately (e.g. when you are waiting for a recording to be made available), but this should now be possible.

  11. In the RingCentral for Hubspot plugin, users are required to have their HS email match their RC email for them to authenticate.

    For some use cases where it is not ideal for users to have their own logins in Hubspot, they won't be able to utilize the plugin to log their calls and for the C2D feature.

    There should be at least a workaround for situations similar to this.

  12. Add the the source tag to be applied to all calls in Ringcentral &
    Hubspot.

    Add ability to see the close rate. Leave comments on leads
    or mark them as a booked service so we can assign a value to each lead?
