Add number of calls refused to live reports
Trying to figure out how many calls a rep was offered and how many were taken on an intraday basis to tighten feedback loop

Would love to have refused calls as an option in Live Reports. Our team members must have 3% or less of their calls be "refused" and it would be nice to see this stat front and center to keep team members accountable.
