Agents need to be able to see how many calls are waiting so they can ask for help from coworkers without having to have another window open. Forcing staff to have multiple screens open for the same application is less than ideal for workflow.

Yes could we get at minimum an SSO to the Webportal for analytics and performance reports? The Admins role is allowed the SSO and I believe all roles should be allowed the SSO into the webportal.

The customer wanted the Analytics portal/ Performance report available on the RingCentral app.The customer would like to have an option to access Performance report using the RingCentral app instead of using the Web portal.
