Add CSV option in Analytics Subscriptions

Export of raw data in CSV format is useful in creating custom reports. Currently the only file type options for distribution of Performance Reports are PDF and Excel.

    ZIP files limit what we can do with the data in our current workflow, so we’re hoping to simplify the process by receiving the file in a more accessible format. Please highly consider adding CSV format for reporting purposes.
