As at 2026, since the original post the 'edit' function is there so long as the report the admin created was created as 'public' or 'shared'.

However, we are still missing the basic capability of 'take ownership' because if an admin leaves, and their account is disabled, then they only way (currently) to keep the subscriptions alive is to manually copy all his existing reports, then re-add them to the subscription.
Time consuming when there are hundreds of reports - this is basic computing functionality.

I concur, we have 5 - 6 managers. It would be helpful if when one sets up a report, it can be shared for them to adjust/edit or set up their own subscription for the same report. As it stands, for this to happen each of us needs to create the report. And with 10+ staff members, that's time wasted entering 50 additional reports. Not to mention people may not create them the same way, impacting the data.

I can't believe this isn't available out of the box. How ridiculous that performance reports live and die with an individual user. There should be an option to create reports at a company or department level, and to be able to export reports for another user to take over.

Not sure why this wasn't part of the original feature set, everyone having to rewrite the same report is crazy, all reports should automatically be available to all analytics enabled users.
