Yes; the Text-to-Speech technology is obviously there and could surely be added to the Call Queue section?
We seem to spend an eternity creating audio greetings for one-off training days / public holiday etc.
Text to speech would be a quick win.

As discussed with UK RC, we have 64 queues we would have liked to have templated - soon to add another 64 queues.
Each queue has on average 6 members - I currently have to add the outbound CLID to 128 x 6 users.
Seems a no brainer.The facility is already there in an individual users' setting and after all, a user template is supposed to be a grouping of individual user settings

Less and less confidence in the performance of the Teams embedded desktop plugin. We are asking more and more users to use the web page (app.ringcentral.com) or in some cases even deploying the full fat client. But we simply do not need to see the messaging, fax, meeting and video sidebars.
All we want is a dialpad and maybe contacts.
Surely this should be customisable?
