    #1 complaint from my end users at the moment, calls are transferred and they don't see the caller's number

  3. Create a button in both the PC app and mobile phone app to easily flip calls between devices that are both signed into the same RingCentral

    Critical for receptionists, at the moment they cannot see who's on the phone / a teams call to know whether they can transfer calls.
