    Not sure why this wasn't part of the original feature set, everyone having to rewrite the same report is crazy, all reports should automatically be available to all analytics enabled users.

    The first stat that my sales director asked for when we installed RC, definitely vital in a sales organisation.

    The ability to report on this was a major reason behind us signing up for RC rather than another provider, to find out now that the reports we need cannot be obtained is not good.

    #1 complaint from my end users at the moment, calls are transferred and they don't see the caller's number

    Critical for receptionists, at the moment they cannot see who's on the phone / a teams call to know whether they can transfer calls.
