We would like to request an update to increase the maximum number of callers allowed in the queue. Currently, we have to create multiple overflow queues due to the 25-caller limit, which impacts our reporting accuracy.

Very important feature !
Also calls forwarding to an overflow call queue should not be marked an abandoned call.
