Hopefully, we can view the exact fax that will be received by the receiver prior sending it to ensure that everything is updated and correct details are attached.Customer's Verbatim: More of a question for when setting up a fax cover page, attaching the item to fax, etc.When ready to send, can the entire fax to be sent be previewed prior to pressing send?

Coming later in 2023, users will be able to select their outbound number in the separate messaging window (not just in settings). This only addresses outbound caller ID. If you would like to see a more shared inbox group texting option, please vote for these ideas: Add a text message queue similar to the call queueTexts should go to multiple users

We want to create 3 question short survey after the call for IT service desk numbers. The users should have choice to opt in or out at the beginning of the call.
