Increase Data Retention of Analytics
customers are requesting to increase data retention of analytics report"Our business heavily revolves around call volumes and frequency...if we can't get the data we need, then I'll need to have a discussion with our executive team into looking for a provider that will/can provide basic data for years prior...""how can we accurately forecast against historical data only looking back 6 months?"
Performance Reports is a legacy product and will soon pave way to next gen Business Analytics. So we are not going to add features to performance reports any more.
In Business Analytics, there is an option to buy Pro which supports 1/2 or 3 yr of retention.

Working with a lot of systems and this is the only one that doesn't offer at least 12 months of data. PLEASE change this!

At a minimum, this should be 12-months. But year over year comparisons are very helpful, so 24-months would be great! 6-months is too little.

This is a critical feature we need in our business as each year we need to submit our call numbers to the country's regulator.

definately we need a 18 to 24 months reporting as we need to compare data YoY that is must when you manage a data center otherwise we will look for another tool.

We are a corporate travel agency that needs to provide annual KPI reporting to our corporate clients. It's a HUGE letdown to see the data gets purged after 6 months. This definitely needs to be increased to at least 24 months.

Currently in the Analytics portal, it is only possible to go back 6 months when viewing calls stats and performance reports, but it would be extremely useful to have this limit increased to at least 12 months.

My team is often asking about what things were like a year ago when planning for next year, and the current analytics are useless for that because the data has always expired. Please increase to 12 months. 24 would be ideal, but 12 would be a huge help.

I would like to run a report on the inbound calls thus far in 2020 and get data on our Inbound calls and if they have increased month by month and which months after COVID started impacting us in Mid-March and see the impact on our employees phone useage from working from home.
