We are going live with RingCentral at the end of the month and this is a huge learning curve for our employees. This tone is the queue to start talking. I get that the caller id will change, but this doesn't help when using the mobile app and driving in your car. Our current phone system already provides this feature today along with our cloud contact center. Are there any recent updates to share?
Also on the supported Yealink phones you only see the number of the person who transferred the call and not the caller id from the originating phone. This is an issue.
