    I want to have an option wherein I can set up a pre-recorded outgoing message to leave to our clients whenever we call them instead of just being routed to their voicemail.

    For accounts that have more than 200 contacts, it is best to have a Mark All option wherein we can Put a Mark on All Contacts and delete it in one click without having the trouble of going to each contact page to delete.

    The RC App window is too big that it uses too much space on the computer's screen. Intead of just resizing it, it is better to have an option to make the rc app smaller
