Ability to assign dedicated fax number to multiple users
It will be very beneficial to have an option to assign the company fax number to multiple user extensions instead to only one.

We have users that are in multiple departments and need a way to fax out from different numbers. this is currently not possible unless the inbound numbers are assigned to the auto receptionist but then we cant route fax calls via custom rules. It only goes to the auto receptionist default fax location.
I would like to be able to route faxes via the custom rules based on inbound number to different mailboxes so that users can choose which outbound caller ID they can fax from in the RC App

I run 20 clinics, being able to pull up incoming faxes via the app for multiple users is vital!!!

And I already added a 2nd email for receiving faxes but that's extra emails the 2nd employee recieves when the first employee is not off for the day. I want the faxes to be in the app so they can pull them when they need them without having to change settings back & forth.

If an employee is off for the day, I want all employees to have access to our faxes in the RC app so they don't have to wait for that employee to return the next day.

The client wants all of account users (employees) to be able to send and receive faxes using the company fax number.

In our business, we have multiple locations that each have their own fax number. Upon moving our fax lines to Ring Central, I've discovered that there are some limitations to how we can configure those.I initially set up an extension for each of our fax lines. On the fax notifications settings, I am able to specify a group email address. I can add everyone in that department to the email group and they all get the incoming faxes for that number. That's perfect. The problem, however, is that assigning the fax number to an extension seems to prevent other extensions from sending a fax from that number. From what I understand, the number would have to be a company number and be assigned to the auto-receptionist instead of an extension. That, however, results in all of our fax numbers being handled by the same auto-receptionist which then takes away our ability to send fax notifications for different numbers to different email addresses. If they all go to the same auto-receptionist extension, we'd have to put one person or group in charge of reviewing all faxes for all departments and then distribute them to where they should go. We don't like that setup. What we need is some way for departments to share the same fax number to send and receive faxes, basically the way traditional faxing has always been done.
