    Evading RC Video like the plague ran its course and we are now finding common sense features like these haven't been implemented four years in.

    Hello everyone, this is available in app now. Please ensure you are on the latest version of the app for this functionality. Change how the RingCentral app launches upon startup in desktop app under Settings - General - Launch app at startup.

    Hi all, there's a DND Sync on hardphone toggle that may need to be enabled for your account if presence sync is not working as expected. Please contact support for assistance in getting this enabled on your account!
