   While the connect greeting would be a viable work around, it would require that a user "remember" to remove it up on their return. Having different greetings that are "canned" is much more efficient.

    Alot of Mitel customers want this option. Although Hope's idea is great, not always feasible if a president of a bank has a personal assistant. They likely won't want their callers having to enter an extension. Any idea on when this will be implemented?

    It would be GREAT if a person could remove themselves from a group chat or delete the chat as long as an admin could review it if that chat ever came into question I mean users can remove themselves from teams, why not chats?

    I had a customer complain about this today as well, as they are coming from MiVC and they are accustomed to having the ability to manuipulate a call from a client. PLEASE MAKE THIS HAPPEN
