An error occurred while saving the comment Daniel commentedGo to 3cx.com and see if you can license some of their patents.The MVP queues should have the ability to determine estimated wait time, position in queue, and call back capabilities. Should have to get advanced contact center which is overkill for healthcare. We had this in the 3CX product before going to RingCentral.

An error occurred while saving the comment Daniel commentedI should be able to add as many SIP compatible desk phones to a single extension as I want without having to burn up any kind of licensing. Momentum Telecom can do this. 3CX can do this. Other SIP providers can do this.

An error occurred while saving the comment Daniel commentedIn healthcare we have extensions that are message only, we want clients/patients to leave messages that can be checked on by multiple providers but still want a way to check the total number of messages left from a reporting perspective and according to support this is not yet possible but would be very valuable going forward.

Other VOIP systems allow all extensions to be able to call a paging unit; this is critical for us in a healthcare environment.
